Other Tips, etc.

URGENT:  DO NOT make claims in writing, cover letters, emails, proposals, etc.  There are some things you may be able to say...but can NOT put it in writing.  If in doubt....ask!

Tip for the Day:  Building a Successful Business vs Retailing a Product.  URGENT:  Recruit different people for different positions.  Recommend Reading: "Why You Act The Way You Do" by Tim LaHaye or my tapes on Managing Volunteers.  This is the type of training I conducted in Corporate America for years prior to this type of work being published, helping civic, professional, religious, businesses to understand "how-to" utilize each person's strengths, developing a customized Plan of Action for each group.

Reminder:  Marines do not send amateurs into battle.  Nor do they make a General out of them overnight.  It takes years and years of training.

Application:  Do not send your people with skills at retailing into Salons to boost your sales this month.  Long-term your business has lost credibility!   Not everyone is a Sales Rep.  Sales Reps have the skills, posture, presence, personality for the position.  "Develop Your Plan of Action" wisely and individually!

In building a success business....the most important thing to remember is that you hire different people for different positions.  I highly recommend that you read the book, "Why You Act The Way You Do" by Tim LaHaye or my tapes on Managing Volunteers.  This is the type of training I conducted in Corporate America for years prior to this type of work being published, helping civic, professional, religious, businesses to understand "how-to" utilize each person's strengths, developing a customized Plan of Action for each group.

Application:  Do not send your people with skills at retailing into Salons to boost your sales this month.  Long-term your business has lost credibility!"  Not everyone has the skills, posture, presence, personality for this position.  That means "Develop Your Plan of Action" wisely!

"Poster of Gatha is a great promotional tool.  I have Gatha's poster on a stand and while they are laying on the table, they are looking at her picture."  Linda Simpson, NM

Tip:  The ingredients in the FL have a lot of amino acids, the building materials to strengthen the collegine and strengthen and tone the skin.  The greatest thing that you can tell customers is to try it...feel and see the results on their skin.   We all have colligene.  Our bodies build it naturally in the lower levels of the skin.  The building decreases as we get older.  At the age of 50 our bodies no longer build collegene.  So all of these natural ingredients help to restore the building factors as we get older.  Nutrients added externally help to build the skin and makes us look better.

Tip:  Does the product work on everyone?  Some people are firmer and have better skin tone, and it make take them a few more times....but they will have results.

Tip:  Do I have to be an expert?  You do not have to be an expert, seeing is believing.  Use the product yourself.  Use it on half of your face first and you will see the visible difference after only one treatment.

Tip:  Promotional tools:  Gatha's picture is a great promotional tool.  I have Gatha's photo (poster) on a stand and while they are laying on the table, they are looking at her picture.

Question:  Is L-Valine an amino acid?

Answer:  L-Valine is a neutral, genetically coded amino acid. It is essential in human nutrition.  Our manufacturer is saying that Valine is an amino acid.  They sent me the information below.  This came from the Institute of Chemistry, their web address is http://www.chemie.fu-berlin.de/index_en.html

Tip from Yvonne:  "Always carry the Portfolio with you, everywhere you go!  You never know when the opportunity will strike."

Tip from Trisha Leone:  "Calling on salons:  I simply ask if I can drop off some literature and a sample of a new product that I was introducing to the area.  95% of the people were happy to be getting something 'free'.  When we got in the place of business, that's where the interest was really peaked by the salon owners.  I am leaving with the salon owners, the L'egance bulletin with my label on the bottom, the ingredients printed on the back of that, the FaceLift Bulletin that has "before and after" pictures on it, instructions and product history. And a sample.  I tell the salon owners what day I will follow up with a phone call.  Now that I have some "before & after" pictures of my own and my husband, I can insert them on the literature that I hand out!"
